The Olde’ Theatre Center offers a combination of commercial office space, professional offices and retail space. The original structure was constructed in 1939 as a theatre and was in operation until 1989. The final showing was when “Harry met Sally”. The Building was purchased and renovated in 1996 into a 10,000+ office and retail center. The renovations design by Martin A. DeSapio, AIA kept it’s external country look while the interior of the building has the modern upscale office appeal. The building is truly a green building as it is heated and cooled via geothermal HVAC units and the building contains high efficiency lighting. Located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, on the north end of Frenchtown on the corners of 12th Street and Harrison Street it houses a variety of businesses, including DeSapio Law Offices, Shenberger Insurance, Hickory Driving School, Ardito and Co, LLP., The Frenchtown Country Well, and the Secret Garden Montessori School. The majority of the buildings tenants have been there for 14+ years.
