About Us
DeSapio Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated general construction business specializing in commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings of all shapes and sizes. In addition to General Contractors, DCI provides construction management, design build, and property management/ maintenance services. As General Contractors, we routinely perform excavation, sitework, concrete, masonry, and rough and finish carpentry work.
What We Do
DeSapio Construction has performed construction on various projects in both the public and private sector. DCI has worked on Municipal Buildings, Churches, Schools, Office Buildings, Banks, Manufacturing Plants, Warehouses, Parks, Bridges, Roads and various other Site Construction projects. DCI has experience in all phases of the construction process including site location and planning, approval process, design phase, construction, and site and building maintenance.
DeSapio Construction, Inc. is bonded and pre-qualified with the State of New Jersey for up to $45 million and NJ SDA Certified Contractor. DCI is a Category 5 approved small business enterprise. DCI is based out of Kingwood Township in Hunterdon County. The firm provides services throughout Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset, Warren, Morris, Middlesex, and Sussex counties.
